I am incredibly grateful and lucky for the team I have around me, supporting and backing me as I drive towards World Class performance, pushing my boundaries and limits to be the best I can be. I love my sport and I’m passionate and loyal about the brands I build relationships with and work with. It’s very much a two way relationship and collaboration that I enjoy, where a partnership can grow and develop over years.

Parcours

Now in my 5th year with the Parcours team and each year I’m more and more impressed with their support, passion and of course the products. The constant testing and continual development, the genuine personal interest in athletes and hands on in the product. The time they take in the wind tunnel, and working through the best wheel combination for the course. It’s awesome to have this kind of relationship, and there’s a reason why it’s 5years and counting. A British company with a full compliment of wheel options to suit all your needs and races.

Hoka

Since first being introduce to Hoka One One in January 2017, I’ve been hooked on Hoka and so grateful to continue the partnership. I am now able to have a great range of fantastic shoes for racing and training on all terrains. I’ve just tried the Carbon Rocket X… and wow! My new favourite and go to for a race, that’s for sure. I’m also a fan of The Tracers, Carbon Rockets, Carbon X. I love that I can train in a mix of the different shoes.

Kask

I’ve always worn Kask helmets and love them. I’m a huge advocate for always wearing a helmet and protecting your head, so very happy to continue my partnership with Kask, and have their helmets protecting mine. I race in the Kask Bambino Pro Evo, but have the Utopia for hot races (e.g Kona), as it’s offers great ventilation and cooling in heat as well as aero dynamics and comfort. For training I chose mainly the Protone but also love the Mojito or Valegro.

Deboer

An incredible feeling to put on a Deboer Wetsuit, like no other I’ve worn. The flexibility in the arms is ridiculous and it was coming back from my collar bone surgery that drew me to Deboer. Swimming in a Deboer wetsuit just 4-5weeks after surgery, with no fatigue, or restriction, had me pretty much sold! A great company and team to work for. They think out the box and really engage with the athletes and community! Did you see my custom Kona 2019 swim skin?

TheMagic5

Very excited to partner with TheMagic5. A small company with big heart and wanting to push boundaries in the sport! These are the most amazing goggles I’ve worn! They are custom made to fit your face, with comfort, incredible visibility, quality and more. The engineer in me was intrigued and to be honest a little sceptical at first at the concept, but as I have a small face and often have issues finding goggles that fit, I was keen to try! Wow! TheMagic5 did not disappoint. A quick easy process to scan your face, with the product delivered quickly back to your door!

Trimtex

Really excited to be working with such a great company like Trimtex. Since we started the conversation several months ago, the initial buzz I had, has only grown, with the excitement that not only do they make incredible kit, but are really supportive and engaging with all the athletes they work with! The interaction with the team in working through designs and fit has been impressive. It’s feels like one big family! Really exciting things ahead in this space.

Dare2Ride

Well if it’s good enough for the Norwegians… A great team behind the FUEGO 1.0, bringing a great performance trainer, yet quiet and affordable. Easy to connect to all the training apps. A good addition to your training equipment. For a long time I was very anti trainers and indoor riding, I lived Summer to Summer so never saw the need. Yet broken collar bones, Winter living, lock downs BUT more importantly a realisation (with a great coach) of the benefit and gains of using the trainer to compliment and enhance my training has made me a convert.

MINI UK

I am incredibly excited to become a Friend of the Brand for MINI UK, and I’m lucky enough and very grateful to be driving around on my adventures in the new MINI Countryman (which fits my bike in the back without taking the wheels off!). MINI  is a brand I’ve always been passionate about, with it’s quintessential British heritage and the way it’s kept it’s traditional shape even though developing and evolving over the years. I’m excited about partnering with MINI UK and the opportunities to support the brand through being healthy and active! #MINIthings #MINIadventures

JD Crew

I’ve been coached by Julie Dibens (Dibs) since 2020 and I’m not sure I’d have got through the past few years with out her support, guidance, experience and friendship. We had a great year in 2021, off the back of injuries, with some glimpses of what is still possible. She’s frankly just awesome and can’t wait for more to come. Also with Dibs is the opportunity to work with Matt Bottrill, bike guru, and I’ll be soaking up everything I can from both of them, to strive to being the very best I can be. The JD Crew is another key component for me. Inspiring athletes and amazing humans across the Pro and Age Group ranks. The opportunity to train with them, learn from them and for us all to push each other to be our best versions of ourselves. I couldn’t imagine a better group of fab people to do it with!  Here’s to 2022… more to come

I have to say it but what’s not to love about working with a Nutritionalist called Fudge! Claire Fudge is awesome by name and nature and is a huge help to me in navigating my fuelling around training, life, travel and more. It’s no easy task for someone with zero time, or capacity to cook or think about food as I should be. Yet Claire is patient, checks in, explores all options, and gives me lots of support. What was great was on a long drive back from Spain to the UK, Claire gave me a nutrition plan (so I didn’t eat all my snacks in the first hour), and some tips that definitely helped control and manage my fuelling. As an athlete herself, Claire understands the demands, and also as she herself is incredibly busy working with some many great teams, and people from all backgrounds, so you get genuine time and practical support.
